The gallery says Mr. Young uses “landscapes as inspiration for his paintings, exploring the various places he's been through color and form.’’ His bio says "he is a colorist and his work is more impressionistic and abstract than representational. His works are made from equal parts memory and imagination, creating a new world out of the familiar one.’’
