Corny and then depressing

“Round the point flotillas of swans come trailing

sunlit V’s and W’s, otherworldly,

But a little corny….’’

“Garbo Lobster’s fleet has been sold; Monsanto,

windows broken, whistled an absent air; New

Yorkers long since bought up the nicer houses;

God, it’s depressing….’’
