In a house under the stars
are you happy where you are
multi-tasking, double checking,
corresponding, genuflecting?
Wouldn’t you rather be
thinking of nothing, but of us
arching up your back to me
responding softly to my touch?
If you agree come to me
navigate by those stars
unplug, sign off, disengage -
please be carful in the car.
I’ll be here in a perfect mood
open, willing, hungry, waiting,
discard your things til not a stitch
then indicate where you itch.
